Thanks for the update, Gatz. I suspect that they declined to answer any of the questions posed for the simple reason that they don't understand any of the technologies they claim to be working in.

Anyone who considers microwaves unpredictable should not be attempting to develop a device which uses them. Ionizing radiation is rather dangerous to be messing around with if you don't know what you're doing. Stating that they are unpredictable is all the indication I need about the technological competence to design a microwave based device. May I recommend a good introductory text on RF Engineering?

Electricity unpredictable? Would this be the AC source side of the electricity, which people have harnessed and used safely and effectively for more than a century? Or would this be the microwave side of the oven, in which case I recommend re-reading the previous paragraph.

Water unpredictable? I feel no need to comment further.
