2) How do you advertise and pay Lauren Fix?

that is not in the current filings

3) How do they pay their other expenses now?

very important question...maybe Serge has some money stashed back

4) Could Serge lose majority ownership?

He does not have it now but with close stockholders they have 51% or more

5) Is the SEC investigation over?

not by the current filings

side note: could the SEC cause a restructure of shares and cause Serge to lose majority ownership?

The answer to solve that is scary and could cause some major changes to work out

Almost forgot the big one is what are the sales numbers?

Can't see how this chugs along into next year much without revenue.
