This begs the questions:

1) If they signed Steve S, what with?

2) How do you advertise and pay Lauren Fix?

3) How do they pay their other expenses now?

4) Could Serge lose majority ownership?

5) Is the SEC investigation over? side note: could the SEC cause a restructure of shares and cause Serge to lose majority ownership?

I could go on but just some of the immediates that I would like answers to. Almost forgot the big one is what are the sales numbers? Can't see how this chugs along into next year much without revenue.
