Penny During the last R/S he never said anything about a R/S. BUT in Oct 2002 JoeAfrica who was the round of today said he has a feeling that by the end of the year there will be a R/S and he went on to say it will be good for the company. I then called Jim Stock to introduce myself and asked him the plans for CTKH and he said he has a feeling there might be a R/S by the end of the year. And that l have on tape. You know penny l was new to the stock then but looking back Hilal did have plans for something BIG in Jan and thats why he did the R/S but something BIG fell thru. If you go to RB and try and get ahold of golfgeb He knew the company inside out and he knew what was going on. Plus he visited Hilal in PKE a few times.
Now let me tell you something Hilal can stand on the floor of the NYSE and swear on a stack of bibles CTKH will never do a R/S again and everyone has him taped. And in a month he does a R/S and with the PR announcement he will say I am real sorry l know what l promised last month, But everything has changed since then. And for the benefit of the SHAREHOLDERS i had no choice. Me personally l do NOT think he will do a R/S the investors in PKE would really be pissed. They hit the roof in Jan 2003 Hilals son got alot of investors into CTKH he is very well known in the area, he was a star basketball player for his High School. You know Hilal is not some fly by night promotor were he can pack up and move on, Everyone knows where they can find him. If this last SHM was held in NY and went they way it did in L/V he would have been in deep doodoo. He would never have said l gave away 600M Shares at .0010 and all registered the S/H would have hung him right then and there!!!
