Orange, For what its worth FH specifically told me on the telephone early this year that he would NEVER do an R/S again. Yes, I did not tape the call (probably would be illegal to do so). And yes FH may be lying. However, it is at least worth noting that he made the NEVER statement over the public telephone system to an investor that he did not know. That is nothing that an investor can take to the bank, however he did emphatically make the statement so that fact needs to be noted.

It would be interesting to know if FH made the same such emphatic NEVER statement prior to his last R/S. Anyone in the KNOW please speak up!
