LOL, no it wasn't. Hell, reporters that ride in helicopters don't even know what they're reporting on until seconds before they switch camera feeds over. Most of what is said ad lib. Other reporters aren't given much more time to prepare or do research in order to meet a 4pm deadline.

I still don't see a PM asking me how local news stations work. I'm trying to help you out and possibly educate you but my inbox is empty :)
