I can also see on the chart that there appeared to be huge volume run up around mid 2010 I would assume that under old management and given the name of the company that many shares were issued to that a promo was done and those shares were sold based on that information and the chart/volume data... It was irrelevant to me. As for the other 220M shares, like I said, if it is something that concerns you please ask the company and let us know.
