For one, it'd be far more expensive to move into another shell than to simply appease the SEC and get back on the pinks.
For two, in the event the whole SEC matter revolves around JR's smug handling of the insider buying, as accused as being non-existent by MMG, do you really think a company grossing $1M+ p/mo is just gonna fold?
I'm sorry, but I'm at a loss at some of the totally inane posts I'm reading here.
Everything here suggests MMG is the instigator of this suspension, and it's all based around the insider buying, which in that event, would only require JR to show his complete trading account history to the SEC.
Granted, the suspension could be any of a dozen things, Occam's razor dictates the most obvious (in this case), is also the most likeliest.
