Agreed, let this unfold with the Co and the SEC as all else is merely supposition and hype at this point in time.

The problem is not necessarily the SEC or even the company itself but with the stock. Even if KMAG satisfies all of the SEC requirements the fact is they have been suspended and will find it extremely difficult if not impossible to get a market maker to sponsor them and FINRA to approve. At this point it has nothing to do with possible wrong doing on the company's part or a mistake by the SEC. The fact is KMAG is going to open on 10/1 as a grey sheet stock and the market makers and FINRA are now in control of the stock's destiny (not the company's destiny). I have been through 4 of these over the years, 2 are still greys and 2 are now revoked.

Nobody likes to hear that they have most likely lost their investment, I know from personal experience.

I will say that if I have ever seen a company that might possibly pull off a return it is this one but the cards are really stacked against them.

I am not saying the game is over, I was suggesting a possible avenue of recovery that might be best for all. I do not pretend to be an expert in the matter however; we do not know the extent of the SEC investigation but the affect on KMAG and the stock is more evident. You yourself posted once about the "Law of averages" and this law, in this case, tells me KMAG will have an extremely hard time pulling out of this not to mention possible years of JR and team fighting the system to get back on top. We all know the system will fight you every step of the way, it is not design to work with you or for you. I think it's just possible the cost may balance out either way the difference is in the amount of time involved and the headaches avoided in this alternate plan.

Maybe your right and minipoo is behind all this and KMAG and JR are completely vindicated; that doesn't solve the problem of where this stock will be trading and the monumental efforts and expense it will take to return to pre SEC ruling. Not to mention gaining support from the market makers to trade the stock actively and FINRA. Lets not forget this process to get relisted to the pinks, I don't think it will be as easy as some have suggested.

For what it's worth and though it may not come out in my posts; I more than anyone would like this to go away in ten days and we be back to normal but I don't think it's going to happen that way. I stand to lose a ton of money, much more then I should have put into this but I bought in lock stock and barrel because I truely thought this was the one to insure my prosperity for years to come. Now I am looking at years to get back to Fridays value with the likely chance of losing most all. Yes it was my choice to take such a risk and I can deal with that; I completely abandoned my trading strategy for this one and so far it hasn't gotten me much.

Time will be the bearer of news good or bad just not sure I can afford that much time.
