I think the best scenario for all might be if JR were to start another company with different name go public and merge KMAG into it giving his shareholders a one for one deal in stock. This may be the simplest and fastest way out of this mess. Otherwise after spending all night researching this; I don't think KMAG even with and if all business continues to grow will ever come back even if vindicated, there is to much at risk. We will go to the greys but good luck trying to sell anything there for profit.
Hate to be negative Nelly but gotta think realistically, the evidence is out there and it's overwhelming.
