5) You cannot find the share structure in the PERL FL SOS filings because PERL cannot make corporate changes through the FL SOS. They are registered as a "foreign" entity in Florida. They can only make corporate changes through the Nevada SOS, but the Nevada SOS will not allow them to make any new corporate changes until they pay the $6,750 owed to the state of Nevada to bring their business license back up to good standing first.
ND, When I went to the Nev site and saw revoked, there are no actions listed for that section, so how or where was your next step to check out HOW/WHY perl was revoked. Just a hint about that flow process, I don't want you to reveal your whole technique or anything. Was there a another link on the Nev site to find this out.
