CUB CEO’s death is analyzed in Thursday’s NYT DealBook blog:

The blog author views the coming secondary offering to pay estate taxes as bullish, but I’m not so sure about that. On the other hand, two analysts predict a takeout at $60+, which would represent fair value, IMO. A spokesperson for the founding family says they have no inclination to sell, but this might just be posturing.
