CUB—Yesterday’s PR (#msg-76957330) announced the appointment of an “interim” CEO (the existing CFO, who is 77), which implies that there was no bona fide succession plan in effect. Inasmuch as the deceased CEO was 97, the lack of a succession plan lends credence to the buyout scenario that I’m banking on.
