Since Tom said you are full-time and singularly devoted to I.P., How about seeing that this one violator of our I.P. trade dress be prosecuted once and for all.
Both Tony and Tom have said they are no longer going to give away our technology any more.
As you know, not protecting our trade dress is giving it away for free.
Particularly egregious is the one word aspect of their violation.
Ultimately, we will be in automotive one way or another, and we need to protect our name, as poor as a misnomer as it is.
Second, you need to tighten up our contract with AAPL and be less loose with AAPL’s having complete discretion whether they use our trade dress or not.
We should not be a doormat even with a large company like AAPL.
Tom keeps saying in 8K’s that AAPL is going to assist in commercializing Liquidmetal, but I have never seen ANY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION for them to do so.
Part of commercialization is using our trade dress.
Again, stop giving it away for free by lack of prosecution and lack of contractual obligation.
