Janice it's all legal rangling. Urban, his brother, his sister, or anyone else. It's all legal menueving by CMKX, to stay out of trouble, but now with the SEC on top of CMKX. The Casavants have to bail out of CMKX somehow, and not give up anything. Because there could be a minut chance the Casavants really have one or two diamond plots, but have just gotten caught up in diluting there company to raise capital.

CIM like CMKXracing is a private company separate from CMKX. Legally CIM has not done anything wrong, it's shares have not even gotten the chance to trade. There just out there. A shell or "insurance, so to speak" company. You can almost say CIM is like a secret bunker. If the main building starts to get bombed out, everything and everyone rolls into CIM.
