What assets? Do they really have any? And they don't make any money from the drag racing. They GIVE money. CMKXtreme is a private company. Unfortunately it's funded by CMKX.

Since CIM is a completely separate entity there shouldn't be a problem.

In what sense is it a "completely separate entity"? Who holds the majority of the stock? The president used to be Urbie, till he hastily shifted it to his brother, for God's sake.
