Janice I think it makes complete sense that CMKX would go to CIM. Cause think about it, you have a company that is heavily diluted practically worth nothing, except for it's hard assets, and revenue generated from both shares and CMKX Racing. Now you have a company, CIM, that is practically untouched by the fiasco of CMKX and UCAD. It is highly possible and probable that Urban Casavant does not want all his assets and what he has but together go the waste, hence, a straight, legitimate transfer. Since CIM is a completely separate entity there shouldn't be a problem.
