We are failing because we are lazy and no one wants to take the time for anyone but themselves.

I've followed you and Spencer over the years and it's apparent that you're a great, concerned dad. But now picture yourself with 3 or 4 kids. That's not to say you wouldn't still be a great dad but it sure would be a whole lot harder. I think people are not so much lazy but exhausted.

Growing up we had mothers who stayed home and took care of the kids but now that's the exception rather than the rule. Things have gotten a lot more complicated and we haven't kept pace with the solutions.
