Ok lets talk about education and why we trail.

My son goes to an advanced learners school here in NC. It was his choice. He also wanted to play baseball this spring for his school and the team in town. I said no problem but you better make the A/B honor roll.

He was practicing 5 nights a week and we busted his ass as well as emailing the teachers just about every day to make sure he was turning in his assignments etc.

He was in 7th grade made the A/B honor roll scored a 96 on the Alegbra end of course grade and got 4s on the reading and math end of grade tests.

He also made the all stars on his town team this year and is still playing baseball!

Was it fun for us? Hell no. It was hard work. While all his little friends have had cellphones and FB accounts for years he's been busting his ass because he wanted to play baseball and get good grades and stay in the school he's going to.

That is called motivation. Parents today are too damn lazy to put in the hours to help their kids succeed.

Look at those idiots on the bus in upstate NY and what they did to the monitor. Then the parents turn around and say my child knows better than that? LMAO. Spencer knows I'd kick his ass into next week if he ever pulled that shit off. I come home from work and either I'm helping him with home work or helping him in baseball.

The reason we are failing is because parents don't give a rats ass. Every year since our son has been going to school I make sure I'm out in the driveway seeing him off when the bus picks him up. My last words to him are be a good boy and I love you.

He yells back I love you too dad.

We are failing because we are lazy and no one wants to take the time for anyone but themselves.

Everything is changing. People are taking their comedians seriously and the politicians as a joke.
