I don't know if you and rip are using TD but check to make sure they allow you to buy penny stocks. Some brokers limit the stocks they will purchase for you. Unless they have changed policy recently the volatile penny stocks that have huge swings they try to avoid trading. I think it is more the paperwork that doesn't get done with those types of trades. If you are playing APS or other promos many will limit trades or won't do at all. If you already own it they will let you sell but won't let you buy. Of course you may have 2 accounts, one with TDA and another with Scott, or Etrade or someone else. AGRT is high enough priced and being flipped in the millions of shares like some.
