Of course the SEC has the power to suspend a stock. At least I think so... It just doesn't happen out of the blue with no warning whatsoever, no investigation, nothing. I didn't say they don't have the power to do it, I said it won't happen "one morning" just out of nowhere. Statistically speaking it is far far more likely that a positive PR is released in the near future that the SEC shutting this down with no warning. Hence it being a good buy at .5c. The fact that the SEC has the power to shut down a stock is meaningless. It's like saying an earthquake has the power to flatten their office and kill them. Sure it's a risk and it could definitely happen but most investors are ok with taking that risk in a stock. Hope we're on the same page.
