In other words not only do I "genuinely think" that the SEC has the power to suspend WDRP - you inmplied they didn't - I know they have that power. Not too difficult to understand, surely.

I didn't say it would definitely be suspended, indeed I was careful not to say that.

Yes, of course - both the SEC and AMF have Amyot and his crew firmly in their sights and as the SEC release below shows, they are becoming more aggressive in their enforcement:

The fact remains that the worst case scenario for any WDRP gambler (or mark, as I believe Amyot et al refer to them) is that they will wake up one morning to find an SEC suspension has wiped out the value of their stake in this particular lottery.
