I was one of those people who thought that at the stroke of midnight on 1/1/2000 the world (as we knew it) was going to end!

I had a neighbor that followed your thoughts.

He ended up dumping the water on his garden later in the year.

I made zero preparations, other than normal disaster preparations.

IOW, I didn't ramp up because of 1/1/00.
