Phred6 unfortunately the spin off will have nothing to do with the shorting of PCFG shares. It will continue and it will follow over to the Pacific Metals stock. What I find so interesting is that as the PCFG shares become harder and harder to get some MM's and Brokerages houses will say I can get those. It has been documented by a number of source to include Goldman Sachs that even if they can't get the shares they will naked short sell the shares for anyone putting in an order to make that person think they have those shares. Lucky for me I have a Brokerage account and all the shares I buy of any stock have to be certified by the settlement of the trade :) So myself I won't be shorted but others who don't have a Brokerage account could be or may already have some.
