unfortunately the spin off will have nothing to do with the shorting of PCFG shares
How can that be if there has to be an accounting of shares so that holders of PCFG can get their proper quantity of Pacific Metals shares distributed to them?
My understending is that an accounting of shares shuts the door on shorting. Is this not so?
