I for one will be glad when they do the dividend from the spinoff. I seriously doubt if current shareholders will immediately make any money off of the deal in the near term. But it will at least temporarily put an end to this endless debate about all of those short/phantom shares out there and we can get back to arguing about important stuff like the tire shortage. \V/_
