PSMH In April 2012 , management restructured the Company by merging PSMI into UCMC and changing the domicile of UCMC from the State of New Jersey to the State of Delaware . As a result of the restructuring, PSMH will have a single wholly-owned subsidiary, UCMC, which has undergone a name change to PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc. , and conducting all business operations under both the old and new business models. As the new business model gains traction, management expects the contribution from the old business model to account for an increasingly smaller proportion of revenue and expenses.
