PSMH Under the new current business model, our business operations are conducted by PSMI's wholly-owned subsidiary UCMC. All branch revenue flows directly to PSMI through UCMC, and PSMH through PSMI. UCMC is responsible for all branches operating expenses, and all acquired branch offices are still managed on a day-to-day basis by existing management to take advantage of their expertise and knowledge of local real estate markets.
