Does Malcolm even have it, they would not give it to him without payment. Was it even written? They are a reputable company, albeit a small one. I can't see them wanting to be sucked in by the coal nonsense that they are also supposed to be reporting upon. It is entirely possible that TXO / Tim B introduced Malc to them around the time of the Oil Barrel conference, they agreed to do something, but took one look at the RPS report and Malc's record of not paying for the services he receives and the told him to forget it, why would that stop Malc including their name in an 8k? They have not added Empire or GSLM to their list of clients on their website, but I note they do have RPS Energy their and therefore would be wary of doing something that would annoy them.
