Most of the hard work was already done by RPS Energy who produced a very comprehensive report so maybe the GES report isn't very extensive (and expensive). It would want to be more substantial than the Virginia Energy Consultants 2 page letter of report which just plucked figures out of the air.
I could swallow the (supposed) GES version if it had upped the 2% to say 5% but putting it well over 20% is breathtaking. GES must know they are virtually telling RPS they don't know what they are doing and thems fighting words.
I suspect the GES findings (assuming they exist at all) are highly qualified which it has slipped Malcolm's mind to mention. It will be fascinating to read the report if it ever sees the light of day.
