I have proposed a single payer system here..... with a very high deductible... affordable supplemental insurance for employers or individuals - with the law that everyone has to pay for their own care in some fashion,,, either the single payer/supplemental - single payer/personal payments or a limited medicaid for only the impoverished (young or old).....
