Sounds like you should appreciate everyone taking personal responsibility for the cost of their own healthcare...What surprises me is at one time Repubs preached personal responsibility - ya know, don't rely on others to pay your bills, including bills for med care...That changed around the time Pres Obama agreed with the Repubs and now the Repubs don't mind sticking it to those who carry health care insurance to pay the bills of those not forced to take personal responsibility and carry their own health insurance.
