i agree, and part of MTLI's business strategy is to "provide shareholders w/ a fair dividend policy"-that leads me to believe this is something that can be done on perhaps an annual basis. how cool is this-shareholders get paid a cash dividend while we wait for the huge pay-off down the road-glad i own shares:
