The real hidden value here that nobody talks about is the massive value and massive zinc deposits it holds the mineral rights to in Pend Oreille which it leases to Teck. When zinc prices bounce back and they eventually will when inflation kicks in from all of the monetary press printing of currency worldwide, you will see Teck or others look to buy the mineral rights outright and it will be for megabucks.
