Beef stir fry sounds good to me, the half cup of water will mixed with the galic and soy sauce and create a sauce for the dish, right? Also, it helps to soften the frozen vegetable quick... am I right? I'm trying to learn or confirm some cooking knowledge here... ggg
but cooking beef for like 15 - 20 min... under low power cooking? (Sorry, I don't even know the right word, or should I say saute?) Still, that might be too long for beef, and it won't be tender anymore... any hint?
I think instead of using minute rice, I think I will use "cuscus" (the grainy thing we use in salad, I don't know the correct spelling either).
