So what I read your position as: "

The site was discovered by board members in much the same way that developers "discovered" possible new products and features from Apple by looking at Apple's iOS SDK. And just as Apple hasn't announced the iPad 3 or the iPhone 5/6/Magic (or whatever it'll be called), neither has Atrinsic announced the Spyder. So if it hasn't been announced, it's release date can be nothing more than conjecture (no matter how seemingly accurate said conjecture may be). There has been no public announcement about their product launch, therefore there hasn't been a delay as far as the public is concerned."

So what your saying is the little tag line and logo with "legs" is not a public announcement because there's not a news or press release? Further, is that logo and the Atrinsic name considered trademark or intellectual property? If so and the site isn't associated with the company I gather there's a potential for infringement?

Further, if I put a University of whatever banner in my front yard, is that not announcing to the public I have some position on the university? Nothing personal here, just trying to understand your thought process here.
