Everyone keeps going back to this and saying the same thing. That ERICY/IDCC agreement was about 2G only. We know now that 3G was mention somehow or some way in that agreement. Because UB said it was. I don't have the quote but it was said.

Now at the time NOK filed in Del we didn't know that and IMO NOK was not suppose to know it. Back to the NOK Lawyers Only was to know it,(that were unsealed by Judge LYnn) not NOK itself. At the time NOK filed in Del everyone was asking Why File on 3G now, we have not finnish with 2G yet. IMO if you put 2 & 2 together you get NOK pulling a under hand trick. Not there first nor last IMO.

Can you tell me why NOK filed on 3G way ahead of it's time and out of the clear blue shy? What gave them reason to file? Someone doesn't just go out and file for no reason.
