Hardball--The reason Nokia filed the 3G lawsuit in Deleware had nothing to do with the 2G documents that were unsealed by Judge LYnn for use in the arbitration. The 3G lawsuit was just another battle waged by Nokia in its war against IDCC to obtain IDCC's surrender on the issue of appropriate licensing rates, more likely than not in connection with negotiations before the arbitration was completed.
