I don't know if they did or not. My question all a long is Why did NOK jump out and start "court cases" on 3G??? As far as I know IDCC never said a word in "public" about 3G. NOK got to see some stuff from the ERICY/IDCC case, then all of a sudden 3G court case start flying. As I recall NOK lawyers Only would get to see the stuff but noy Nok
