Actually, Nokia last year filed its 2G patent challenge to IDCC in the UK and it has already obtained the IDCC/Ericy 2G documents that had been under seal. The Nokia UK filing this July was a 3G challenge that would appear to be unrelated to the matters decided by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
