It is an interesting coincidence that Nok filed in the U.K. on July 29 and then the appeals court reversed the vacatur of the MSJ orders just 3 business days later on August 4,after which Nok would not have been able to mention the MSJ orders. It almost seems as though Nok had a pretty good idea of what was coming and when.
