I've only been around one Italian Grey Hound, but she seemed almost fragile with her thin little bones.

As puppies, Italians are high in the list of possible leg fractures, really High..... They have No fear of heights at all.

Example: They are 5 yrs old, both of them. If we lived in a 2 story home, and we had an upper outside deck on the second level. If I were out in the yard, and they got out on the upper deck and saw me outside, they would not think twice about Jumping down to get to me.... Not good.... Another thing I read is: Italians think they can FLY... They are the Superman Dog........

Here is Little Max, not knowing he weighs only 14 lbs.

That's also why it is not safe to put a Collar on them. They could hurt their neck...
