Some little dogs (especially Chihuahuas) just don't seem to know they are little and some really big dogs are intimidated by little brave ones. It's so funny to see.
My cats have break-away collars so I use harnesses when I take them outside for walks (one at a time). Unlike walking a dog, however, the human has to go where the cat wants to go.
You know what they say... "dogs have masters but cats have staff."
What is that vocalization Max does starting at around 8 seconds into the video? I've never heard something like that from a dog. He almost sounds like a chicken clucking. It's hilarious.
