Not once has he ever responded to any of my questions, comments, opinions ect.
That appears to be mostly the problem.
As long as JB feels that he can do whatever legally in his mind is alright to conduct business, what if anything anyone can do.
He knows his way around any of the legal loopholes.
These kinds of dilemma he is accustomed to & has no fears from anyone especially, shareholders most important.
Huis obviously knows what it will take tho hold the company float just enough to hold up for a long time to come & make these filings.
Never mind not explaining how we truly got into this mess with the freeze in the 1st place?
What our involvement that we have to suffer the reprecussions to put us in this place & why were we caught in being in this position, because obviously, we are not getting out anytime soon.
Why would it make a difference who is in charge of what funds group if our involvement goes much deeper than we are to be made aware of when it has become obvious that for us to get out of it will take something special for us to see the light of day!

That is just find as far as a lawyer of his will tell him.
Most do not have the power, money ect. to put up much of a fight, roadblock of resistence, question him directly, do not make him laugh!
Take him off of being in control of Cross Atlantic, who else to go to to complain?

I am sure it is either a true dictatorship, or it is just a bunch of his drinking buddies that put names just to fill if there isa justification to say there is an executive board.
I can't help picturing a townhome where he actually running his business with any deliveries coming to & from his home, or someone with a van after products get put together for delivery is taken to the UPS store.
Unless soem true business opportunity is comes along for JB & CXAC, I would not be surprise to see that there is excitement for when filing the company's taxes to find a loss in business to justify obtaining a refund, or something....
SORRY FOR THE NEGATIVITY JUST SIMPLY TIRED & SEEING US SHAREHOLDERS ROLL INTO A NEW YEAR & JB SEEMINGLY CONTENT TO CHURN OUT TO ME WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE SAME INFORMATION!
