I was trying to get rid of this on my brokerage account, but they tell me it is DTCC Locked. How can that be possible since it was delisted by FINRA back in April 2017?

Does anyone know how to claim a worthless security when you can't sell it etc?

You should contact your Broker who may take the shares for the cost of their commission. Then your Brokerage Statement would show a total loss that you could use on your tax return.

Since this can be traded now......how do i make it a worthless security to take the losses on my taxes?

This is the only POS of my early days that is still on my brokerage account. Along with this......NVMG AND BBDA were some of my biggest losses as a novice.

I haven't traded in years but am thinking about getting back with in....as the DOW is over 21K. Hopefully I can make better trading judgments now.
