Rulings:

1. Constitutional Tribunal:

Declared as admissible:

Request to abolish PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL with reasons.

a) Inclusion of no metallic AMARILLOS 1-3000
b) Inclusion of TESOROS under injunction C-1912-2001

PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL will be declared Null and void is in due process now.

2. Civil Appeal 2010 decision giving TESOROS ownership to HECTOR UNDA LLANOS (namely to Jorge Lopehandia, thanks to still valid Injunction MPP C-1912-2001).

This Appeal is expected to honor 2006 Judgment, 2012.

3. Criminal Trial v. PETER MUNK, RANDALL OLIPHANT, PATRICK GARVER, VINCENT BORG, 2002-1012 has been expanded 2010 to other officers of BARRICK and Brian Mulroney.

All named parties stand to face off Criminal Tribunal in Chile, under international arrest warrants if not appearing voluntarily at their earliest as called.

This process has been requested and is "in progress"

5. Barrick sued me for libel in Canada and even those titles are in my name today.
