Thank-you Jorge - it's a little more clear now.

Just one more thing, are we waiting for any other legal rulings as of now or has everything been resolved?
Is it just a matter of MWR coming up with the remaining funds to close the deal, then going to Chile to sign the deal or is there more legal wrangling to do?
