Difficult to ignore the $5 million because:

1) It was included in the $30 million p/r that caused people to buy the stock up to over 6 cents

2) That p/r had people here arguing that the $30 million was in the bank. Then after Lorsch followed up and released info that $5 million was due on 12/23/2011, people here swore that the $5 million was in the bank

3) Now it seems that nothing will be in the bank until all 20 patents are approved (at least that's how I decypher it)

Bottom line, stock is back to 4 cents and if/when any of the $30 million will ever be received is unclear at this time. Why does Lorsch continue to release this type of confusion? The market doesn't buy it, it hasn't helped the stock price, and to many it looks like the old penny stock pump and dump routine. You can say I am wrong, but the stock price does not lie.
