I understand that. I do. But also realize that is is my understanding that the $5 M is all tied in to the bigger "transaction"/merger talks. So if those have not been completed or terminated, then it is really hard to release any definitive news about the monies. I am sure you know as well as anyone that when it comes to mergers, they do not happen overnight. Lots to discuss and haggle over.
