Agree things probably could have been done in a more clear and concise way, though I blame that more on a fluid, moving, ever changing situation with this transaction rather than any effort to mislead. The company has come to far to do something so "pinkish". Believe me if they released a PR saying $5 M was coming, they believed it and imo would have had no reason to think otherwise. Who knows, maybe it is in the bank collecting its 5% haha, only time will tell.
